Comfort Inn Sherman

Starting to show a little wear. Staff was super friendly. Good, hot breakfast.

I thought it was a clean and overall nice hotel. The breakfast was great, my husband loved the eggs. We were alittle bummed that the pool was closed since that's why we chose the hotel. The front desk clerk was the only negative about the stay. She seemed annoyed by us. We weren't greeted and she barely spoke to us. The next morning when checking out we were treated the same way after standing at the front for 10 minutes waiting for anyone to come. Overall, pleasant stay.

Clean atmosphere nice and quiet. Great value and excellent staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Always helpful.

Tammy was at the desk when we checked in. She was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful! We loved the pool. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is a little dated but a very good stay. Tammy made sure we had all we needed the night we stayed. The next morning, Belinda was just as friendly and helpful. They offered a decent breakfast. All around, a great stay. We would definitely stay again.

I give the room 5 stars. Appears to be newly remodeled. Everything was clean and in working order. The bed and pillows were comfy. My only complaint is that the bed was high - I’m short and felt like a kid climbing in bed. The pool was closed but that didn’t affect us. Overall good stay. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was decent.

I occasionally travel for work and have to get a room. I must first say that in Sherman it is difficult finding a reasonable priced room that is suitable and comfortable. Generally i book on priceline due to the prices being a little cheaper than direct sale from the hotel. This particular time however, priceline somehow messed my travel date up and was no help on changing the date or refunding the payment. I visited the hotel directly and luckily was met with a few smiling faces. I spoke with Marina the GM and she fixed everything for me in a matter of minutes. Not only did I get my dates fixed, I was also introduced to Tammy who is over corporate relations. All the times i have traveled to this hotel i never knew that they had corporate rates for business.. The breakfast is fresh which i also love because i like hot breakfast in the morning. The customer service of this establishment will have me as a continuous customer now, not only while in sherman but also in other locations during my travel stays..

I picked this place because it was right off the highway next to a bunch of restaurants and a Casey’s gas station. The staff was super friendly during my check in last night, and the bed was clean and very comfy. Had a great night’s sleep!
